Dear User, the manner in which your personal data obtained while using this website and the services offered through this website will be used and protected is regulated in accordance with this "Privacy Policy." This "Privacy Policy" applies to the information collected on this website and aims to clearly state the purposes for which personal data is collected and processed by Anbargo. In compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Anbargo collects and processes the personal data you provide on the website.

The submission of your personal data to the website serves as a basis for presuming that the data belongs to you. Therefore, we recommend that you approach the security of your information with due care. When you submit your personal data on the website, such data will be processed by Anbargo in accordance with the "Privacy Policy."

1. Obligation to Protect Personal Data

Since the confidentiality of your personal data is one of our key priorities, we have implemented the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure its protection. The personal data collected and processed by us is protected under the applicable law. Please note that, in accordance with Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data," your confidential personal data shall not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases prescribed by law or with your written consent.

2. Sources of Information

The information collected about you is intended to enable us to provide you with the most suitable and high-quality services and to improve the quality of the services offered. This information is obtained in the following forms:

a. Information Provided by You

Information entered by you while using the website is collected by us. Personal data obtained in this manner is provided entirely voluntarily by you. In order for us to provide you with high-quality and, most importantly, accurate services, you must provide all requested information on the website accurately and completely. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Anbargo bears no responsibility for the submission of incorrect and/or incomplete information.

b. Tools for Automatic Data Collection – Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone. These files may contain your IP address, the type of browser used, the date and duration of website usage, the sections of the website you accessed, and other related information. Similar to many other websites, Anbargo uses cookies and other technologies on this website to improve the level of service for its users.

By using this website, you consent to Anbargo storing and accessing information on your device as described. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you should leave the website or adjust your cookie preferences in accordance with this "Privacy Policy." Please note that if cookies are not permitted, some functions of the website may lose their functionality.

3. What Information Will Be Collected?

a. Automatically recorded information
  • IP address;
  • Type of browser used;
  • Sections of the website you access;
  • Date and duration of website usage, and other related information.
  • Your device's precise location — only if you allow it when placing an order. It is saved with that order and used to confirm the delivery and to detect fraudulent orders; only our administrators can see it.
b. Personal data collected
  • First name, last name, and patronymic;
  • Gender;
  • Address;
  • Company name, entrepreneurial activity, or profession;
  • Contact information (mobile number, email, etc.);
  • Other information necessary based on the characteristics of the services provided.

4. Processing of Information

The personal data provided to us, whether explicit or confidential, will be used for the following purposes:

  • Service Provision: To respond to our users' requests, provide services, and deliver customer support.
  • Customer Support: To facilitate communication with customer service, answer inquiries, and resolve issues.
  • Information and Notifications: To periodically inform customers about new products, services, campaigns, and updates via email or other communication channels.
  • Research and Analysis: To study customer needs and market conditions and conduct analyses and statistical evaluations to improve services and adapt to market demands.
  • Legal Compliance: To process data for the resolution of legal disputes, audits, and enforcement of obligations.
  • Improvement: To develop better products using artificial intelligence and other technologies, and to enhance our products, services, and website.

5. Links to Other Websites

This website may provide links to other websites. Anbargo is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of other websites. Other websites may have different methods of collecting information and their own privacy policies. Therefore, it is recommended that you review the privacy policies of any other websites you access through this website.

6. Sharing of Information

Users' personal data will only be shared with third parties under the following circumstances:

  • Legal Requirement: When required by any court order, legal process, or request from government authorities.
  • Collaboration with Service Providers: Limited data may be shared with third-party service providers to operate the website, provide technical support, and offer analytical services. These third parties may only use your information to improve our services and are obliged to keep it confidential.

7. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect the confidentiality and security of your data. We use modern security systems to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, dissemination, or destruction of your information. However, we acknowledge that data transmission over the Internet cannot be completely secure, and you should therefore be aware of the inherent risks of data transmission.

Our users have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: To access your personal data and request information on how it is used.
  • Right to Rectification: To request the correction of any inaccuracies in your collected data.
  • Right to Erasure: To request the deletion of your personal data (where permitted by law).
  • Right to Object: To object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@anbargo.az

10. Other Terms of Use

Anbargo reserves the right to add, modify, or remove provisions of the "Privacy Policy" at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after such changes, you accept these modifications.

Anbargo will strive to regularly update the information displayed on the website. However, Anbargo does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the data submitted by users.

Anbargo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website, except for direct damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Personal Data," users have the right to object to the collection and processing of their personal data. Such objections must be submitted to us in writing or online. Users are not required to justify their objections.

11. The Anbargo Mobile Application

The Anbargo app collects some information that the website does not. This section describes all of it.

  • Precise device location. Collected only with your permission, at two moments: when you tap “Use my current location” while entering a delivery address (to place the map pin), and once when you place an order (saved with that order to confirm the delivery and detect fraudulent orders; only our administrators can see it). It is never collected in the background and the app never asks for “Always” location access. You can decline the permission and still place an order, entering any address by dragging the map pin by hand.
  • A random device identifier. When you first open the app it generates a random identifier and stores it on your device. It is not your advertising ID, it is not shared with anyone, and it cannot be linked to you by anyone outside Anbargo. We use it only to count how many distinct people use the app.
  • In-app search terms. What you type into the app's search bar, so we can improve search results and see which products people look for but cannot find.
  • App usage. Which screens you open, how long you spend on them, when the app is opened and closed, and actions such as adding an item to the cart or starting checkout. Also your device model, operating-system version and app version, so we can fix problems affecting particular devices.
  • Your control over this. Usage analytics can be switched off at any time in the app under Profile → Settings → Privacy. Turning it off stops collection immediately. Location can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

The app contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

App data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account removes your login details, contact details and name — including the name shown on any review you wrote. Orders and invoices are retained in anonymised form only for as long as tax and accounting law requires. You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account, at anbargo.az/delete-account, or by writing to info@anbargo.az.

12. Shopping Assistant (Chat)

The shopping assistant on anbargo.az helps you find products and add them to your cart. Using it is optional — you can always shop with the search bar instead.

  • What we store. The messages you type, the assistant's replies, the products it showed you and whether you added them to your cart. If you are signed in, the conversation is linked to your account; otherwise it is linked to an anonymous identifier stored in your browser. To prevent abuse we also keep daily usage counters and a one-way hash of your network address — never the address itself.
  • Who processes it. Your messages are sent to OpenRouter, which passes them to an AI model provider to write the reply. We only route them to providers that do not store your messages or use them to train models. Please do not type card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information into the chat — the assistant never needs them.
  • Who can see it. Authorised Anbargo staff — administrators, support leads and the staff who manage product search — may read conversations to improve product search and the assistant. Conversations are not used for advertising and are not sold.
  • Your control over this. You can start a new conversation at any time, or simply not use the assistant. Deleting your account deletes the conversations linked to it. To have a conversation deleted sooner, write to info@anbargo.az.

Conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after the last message. Usage counters are deleted after 3 days.
