Orders & Delivery

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your Order History page in your account for real-time status updates.
Standard delivery within Baku takes 1–2 business days. Deliveries to other regions of Azerbaijan take 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days.
Yes. Orders over ₼50 qualify for free standard shipping within Azerbaijan.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact our support team through the Support Center with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review and assist you as quickly as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.

Payments & Account

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). You can pay with a new card or a saved card at checkout.
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with TLS 1.3 and processed through certified payment gateways. We never store raw card numbers on our servers.
Personal accounts are for individual shoppers. Business accounts require a Tax ID and grant access to B2B features like bulk pricing, tax invoicing, and multiple delivery locations.
Subscription plans unlock premium delivery features. The Personal plan allows you to save up to 2 delivery locations, while the Business plan allows up to 5 saved locations and provides tax invoices for every order. You can subscribe directly from your Account profile.
Depending on your plan, you can save multiple delivery locations to use at checkout. To prevent abuse, editing any saved location will instantly lock all of your locations for a 30-day cooldown period. Make sure your address is completely accurate before saving!
